I did however eat excessive amounts of carbohydrates, consisting of rice, bread and diary products. My eating habits were quite healthy, or so I thought, consisting of almost oil-free and fat free cooking. My exercise routine was almost non-existent. Prior to the challenge, I weighed about 110Kg.
